About the institution
Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University (QyzPU) is one of the leading pedagogical higher education institutions in Kazakhstan, with extensive experience in integrating education and research. Established in 1944, the university currently prepares highly qualified specialists in pedagogy, natural sciences, digital technologies, social sciences and humanities.
The mission of the university is to preserve national values while fostering innovative, competitive professionals who meet the demands of the global educational landscape. To this end, QyzPU actively integrates modern digital technologies into the educational process, advances its research activities and expands international cooperation.
QyzPU conducts research in priority areas including digital transformation, inclusive education, artificial intelligence and sustainable development. Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor; leading researcher specialising in digital and inclusive education, with a strong focus on the integration of digital technologies into accessible learning environments in higher education. Her research addresses the development and evaluation of digital and multimedia educational solutions that support learners with special educational needs and foster algorithmic thinking through digital applications. Through her research leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration, she contributes to evidence-based digital transformation and quality enhancement in education.

Karimova Beibitkul — Rector
Candidate of Philological Sciences with extensive experience in education and academic leadership. Currently serves as Rector of the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University; previously held key leadership roles in higher education. Specialises in linguistics, comparative grammar and linguistic personality. Contributes to textbook design and evaluation, and studies the use of digital technologies to enhance language learning and educational quality.

Ainur Bazarbayeva
Researcher and senior lecturer at QyzPU with experience in higher vocational education and digital technologies. Academic interests focus on hard and soft skills development, CS/IT education and university–industry collaboration. Research competencies include participation in interdisciplinary research teams, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, and academic writing within vocational education contexts.

Makhanova Aigul, PhD
PhD researcher in Computer Science and inclusive digital education. Her work focuses on integrating digital technologies into accessible learning environments, particularly for students with special educational needs. She investigates the development of algorithmic thinking through educational applications and interactive tools. Her research also explores digital pedagogy to enhance learning outcomes, promote inclusion and support equitable access to quality education.

Sabit Botakoz
Researcher in Computer Science and Inclusive Digital Learning. Her work focuses on the development and implementation of innovative approaches to teaching in inclusive educational environments, particularly through the integration of digital and distance learning technologies. Her research explores the design and adaptation of digital learning environments to support diverse learners, emphasising accessibility, flexibility and learner-centred approaches.
